Due to the nature of the digital products we sell, you are not eligible for a refund, once downloading is underway. By accepting our Sales & Refund Policy upon purchase you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.
If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, contact our support team and we will send you a working copy of the ebook.
Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.
